He has managed the Air Traffic Organization Space Operations Office, was the co-lead of the Joint Space Operations Group (JSpOG), Managed the Air Traffic Control System Command Center, Washington and Jacksonville ARTCC’s.
Ann Tedford has over thirty years of engineering and management experience including managing major system acquisitions and addressing all aspects of system acquisitions—mission analysis through implementation as well as conducting detailed system, hardware, and software engineering studies for both air and ground systems.
Barry Davis is an experienced Program Manager and Air Traffic Subject Matter Expert, with a demonstrated history of air traffic control and leadership in the aviation and aerospace industry. He possesses strong program and project management experience in Aviation Safety, Government, Airports, ICAO, Flight Planning, and Aeronautics. He has extensive experience with Performance Based Navigation (PBN) flight procedure development, as well as analysis of flight tracks.
A lifetime aviation enthusiast, Dave Rhodes is a former USAF pilot and has supported the FAA, NASA, NOAA, and DHS in both Government and private sector roles. Colonel (ret.) Rhodes, serving for 27 years in the Air Force, held various leadership positions including the DoD rep to the Joint Planning and Development Office (JPDO) crafting the NextGen vision as well as DoD liaison to the then nascent DHS for information integration.
Mike Ball has over 50 years experience in ATM operations, systems specification, solutions delivery, and strategic planning. He was a PM for several radar systems and worked in business development and capture management for FAA and international ATM efforts.
A seasoned aviation executive with over 30 years of professional experience in pursuing and managing NAS programs spanning systems engineering and communications/networking technologies. Mr. Blumer possesses broad domain expertise in FAA modernization systems and UAS systems analysis. FAA modernization systems expertise includes Data Communications, telecommunications, and voice communications.
Heidi Novak worked as an Air Traffic Controller for the FAA for more than 30 years. She started her career at Albuquerque Center. She moved to New York and worked at Westchester Tower, New York TRACON and LaGuardia Tower.
Jodi McCarthy has over 35 years of aviation experience. Jodi retired from the FAA in 2020 as Counselor to the Administrator after serving as Deputy Assistant Administrator of FAA Policy, International Affairs and Environment. Jodi began as an air traffic controller in the USAF as well as several FAA Facilities. Jodi has held several FAA Senior Executive positions such as Director of Air Traffic Facilities and Engineering Services and Airspace Services.
Chris Corgnati is a retired Navy Captain and business executive with extensive experience in both the federal and private sector. As a Commanding Officer, he led 400 Sailors conducting high temp military flight operations across the globe and oversaw the Navy’s $2.5B portfolio of ISR capabilities. As a COO, he led a startup unmanned aircraft manufacturing company and has consulted for a diverse set of both commercial and government clients.
